HOW TO USE OUR PROXY PURCHASING SERVICE
1. Service Fee
Basic Service Fee
10% of the product prices
(Minimum fee $10 USD per order, not per item)
Consolidation Fee (Optional)
$5 USD per addtional order
We do not offer storage service. Consolidation is only allowed if all orders are placed within a 3-day period. If orders are placed after this timeframe, they must be shipped separately.
e.g.
1 order (7 items in total, of 5 types) >>> only 10%(min. $10)
When multiple items are purchased in a single order, there are no additional fee beyond the base service fee.
e.g.
3 order (7 items in total, of 5 types) >>> 10%(min. $10) + $10
If you want to receive items purchased in two or more separate orders together in one shipment, additional consolidation fee will be incurred.
2. Maximum shipping weight
10 kg per box (Based on our own policy for safe delivery)
3. No under value
The recipient is responsible for customs duties. Please avoid asking us to undervalue items.
4. Payment
You will need to make two payments.
The first payment pertains to the price of the items and the service fee (After we review your order, we will send you a PayPal invoice)
The second payment is for the international shipping fee (We will send you a PayPal invoice after all your items have been packed)
5. Order Process
(1) Click on the “PLACE AN ORDER” in the “PROXY PURCHASING” menu.
(2) Add one unit of “Specific Item I Want” item to your cart.
(3) Proceed to fill out and submit the order form in the “Specific Item I Want” section.
For accurate ordering, please provide detailed information such as quantities, options, and any necessary details.
(4) Go to your cart to confirm if the “Specific Item I want” has been added.
(5) Select the shipping option as “Proxy Purchasing” and proceed to checkout.
(6) K-BOOKS AND MORE will review your order request and send a PayPal invoice.
Once payment is made, your order request will be fully processed.
(7) Once all items have arrived, we will send a PayPal invoice for international shipping fees. Upon payment, shipping will commence.
