 – We ship products from Republic of Korea to your shipping address.
 – Delivery times may vary based on your location and inventory status.
 – Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order total during checkout.
     For special orders, additional shipping costs will be invoiced via PayPal.

8. Returns and Refunds
 (1) Prior to departure from Republic of Korea
      – 100% returnable, full refund including product prices and shipping fees.

 (2) After departure from Republic of Korea
      – You can return products within 7 days of receiving them.
      – Returned products must be in their original condition.
      – Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned products.
      – International shipping costs are not refundable.

9. Customs and Duties
 – For designated order items shipped to countries outside of Republic of Korea, taxes, customs duties, and fees may be imposed by the destination country.
 – All such taxes and fees are the responsibility of each customer. The amount paid to us does not include these customs and duties.
 – Contact the customs office of your country for information on any applicable taxes and fees.
 – It is illegal to under-value the price of ordered goods. We do not provide under-value for any customers.
